We stand behind our products and vendors, but because many items are handmade or sold by independent businesses, our return policy is as follows:
• All Sales Are Final on most items, unless noted otherwise.
• If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery with photos and a description. We’ll work with the vendor to make it right.
• Event and space bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with advance notice (minimum 72 hours).
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
